Health and safety should be everyone's priority, and we encourage everyone to learn precautions necessary to safeguard yourself during this ongoing pandemic.
The CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) (800-232-4636) (www.cdc.gov) has the latest updates on safety procedures and recommendations concerning the
COVID-19 pandemic. Consult the CDC publication frequently!
"Social Distancing" is extremely critical and, as a result, all rentals, river trips, camping, etc. need to be prearranged, reserved in advance, and
paid-in-full prior to trip date. "Social Distancing" requirements will drastically alter the rental operations this season.
The CDC warns everyone to "AVOID PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION", such as buses and vans, and to comply with those warnings and precautions, Whitewater Canoe Rental
will not be offering shuttle service until further notice. Each group will be responsible for moving your own people. We provide parking at the start
and completion of the trip. Whitewater Canoe Rental will haul rental boats and rental gear, but everyone is responsible for transporting all of your own
people, gear, coolers, etc. Again, the CDC warns everyone to "AVOID PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION" and it's imperative that everyone follow this critical CDC
recommendation to protect everyone's health.
Whitewater Canoe Rental wants to handle all business transactions online with credit card payments in advance of trip date.
Patrons should make certain to have all supplies, snacks, ice, etc., purchased before arriving. We want to limit any person-to-person
contact to follow CDC "Social Distancing" recommendations.
Health and Safety recommendations could change without notice, so make certain to refer to CDC guidelines frequently. Thank you!!
